Ryan is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the Ventura County Barristers. He is an associate in the Jerome H. Berenson American Inns of Court, Ventura County Chapter, and an active member of his church.

A native of Ventura County, Ryan received his law degree from Loyola Law School in 2009 and his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Utah in 2006.

Community

Ryan serves as a Board Member of the Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council and is on the Promenade Committee for the Strawberry Festival. He is also a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the Ventura County Barristers. In his spare time, Ryan frequently participates in or referees local basketball, softball, and football leagues. He is an active member of his church community.

Education

Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree at Brigham Young University in 2005 and his Master of Social Work degree at the University of Utah in 2006. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2009. Ryan is admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Personal

Ryan is a Ventura County native, born in Moorpark and raised in Newbury Park, where he currently resides with his wife Rebekah and two daughters. Mr. Haws graduated from Newbury Park High School. When not working or spending time with his wife and daughters, he enjoys surfing, rock climbing, and playing almost any available sport. Mr. Haws is conversational in Spanish.
