Angela has extensive civil litigation experience and has successfully practiced in various areas of law including family law, probate, landlord/tenant, real estate, employment law, and consumer protection. She also has significant experience in the area of insurance defense, including general liability, premises liability, personal injury, complex litigation, and construction defect. Whether representing individuals, corporations, or companies, Angela has a proven record of assertively defending her clients and, where desirable, negotiating favorable settlements.
Angela enjoys giving back to her community and has volunteered time at legal self-help centers, providing free legal services to those in need.
Angela graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO with a Bachelor of Arts in English and minors in Political Science and Spanish. Angela earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in Ontario, CA in May 2011. She concurrently earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of La Verne College of Business and Public Administration. Angela was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2011.
While in law school, Angela earned the CALI award for Appellate Advocacy and went on to compete in Moot Court Honors, placing second. She was thereafter selected for the traveling trial team and competed in the Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Competition in Washington, D.C.
Outside of the courtroom, Angela most enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, going to the beach, attending sporting events, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
