Kim practices in employment law and litigation on behalf of employers and businesses. She has experience in medical malpractice litigation and family law, and has defended against claims for professional malpractice and construction disputes. Kim is a former government investigator and has over twenty years of experience in the criminal courts and state tribunals of multiple jurisdictions.
Kim is a member of the Christian Legal Society. Having relocated to California from Phoenix, Arizona, Kim looks forward to becoming involved in Ventura County and Santa Barbara County.
Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and earned her Master of Arts degree in English from Arizona State University. Kim earned her Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
While in law school, Kim earned CALI Awards in Criminal Law, Legal Writing, Employment Discrimination, Business Associations, and Negotiation. She also earned a certificate in Trial Advocacy.
Kim is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.
Kim lives in Montecito and enjoys reading literature, playing tennis, baking, and walking on the beach.
