Professional Experience
Nicolas focuses his practice on labor and employment law, with an emphasis on representing and advising employers in a wide array of employment disputes and litigation. He has assisted businesses of all sizes with general liability disputes and has handled numerous wage and hour class actions and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions from inception to resolution.
Community
Nicolas was born and raised in Los Angeles County and is an active member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Education
Nicolas received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a Public Interest Scholar. While in law school, Nicolas worked at Loyola’s Employment Rights Clinic, where he worked in tandem with the California Labor Commissioner’s Office. Nicolas also served as a staff member for Loyola Law School’s Entertainment Law Review.
Prior to law school, Nicolas graduated cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. During college, Nicolas volunteered for the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education and advocated for free speech rights on college campuses.

Nicolas enjoys nutrition, exercising and spending time with animals.
