Kimberly Offenbacher has extensive litigation experience in employment and business matters throughout her three decades of legal practice, including cases involving:
- Wrongful termination
- Wage and hour claims
- Class actions
- Breach of contract
Her analysis, attention to detail and legal strategy has resulted in defense verdicts and awards for her clients and has proven successful in resolving matters pre-trial, whether through dispositive motion or dismissal. Kimberly has represented clients successfully at trials, binding arbitrations and mediations, and also has served as the mediator on dozens of matters.
Kimberly has been an active member of the Ventura County legal community for more than a decade.
Kimberly graduated Cum Laude from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989. She was awarded a full scholarship to Loyola Law School, where she remained on the Dean’s List and earned a Juris Doctorate in 1993.
Kimberly enjoys yoga, hiking, gardening (citrus and avocado) and painting. She spends much of her free time with friends and family exploring all that Southern California has to offer.
