Professional Experience
Lily has substantial experience providing advice and counsel and litigating employment law claims on behalf of employers and employees. Lily provided public law service during law school and has continued in the employment law arena throughout her career, representing clients in civil claims, arbitration and before administrative agencies. Lily is fluent in Spanish, Russian, and Armenian.
Community
Lily is involved in several organizations advocating for the rights of women, including National Women's Law Center and a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance for economically vulnerable working women who encounter medical challenges. Lily has been selected for inclusion in the Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2017 and the Up-and-Coming 25: Orange County Rising Stars and Up-and-Coming 50: Women Southern California Rising Stars since 2020.
Education
Lily graduated from Southwestern Law School. She earned a degree in Psychology with minors in Spanish and Russian Literature from the University of California at Los Angeles. While in law school, Lily completed courses in Argentina specializing in International Business Transactions and International Dispute Resolution. Lily's contributions in Spanish were published in Columbia Law School's Human Rights Law Review's legal practice guide for detainees.
Personal
Lily enjoys connecting with people of different cultures and backgrounds. In her free time, Lily can be found going on adventures with her family, reading, and participating in water sports.
