Professional Experience
Charley M. Stoll advises management in all areas of employment disputes, with extensive experience in labor management relations, agricultural labor management relations, union avoidance, collective bargaining negotiations, employment risk management, employment law compliance, employment discrimination and wrongful termination defense, wage and hour defense (including wage and hour class actions), OSHA compliance and farm labor regulation compliance. Charley has represented clients in wage and hour and other employment matters for over 30 years with an expertise in class and Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions. He has represented clients in numerous civil trial and arbitration matters, as well as administrative hearings before the ALRB, NLRB, EEOC, DFEH, U.S. Department of Labor, California Department of Industrial Relations, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and various other agencies regulating employment practices.

Education
Charley received a business degree with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a graduate of Western State University School of Law in San Diego, California.
Personal
Charley lives in Camarillo with his wife, Nancy, of 49 years. Charley enjoys golfing, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
