Andrea N. Vizzo | Employment Litigation Attorney

Professional Experience

Andrea is an employment law litigator who represents employers in discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), as well as cases with whistleblower retaliation and wrongful termination claims. She has experience defending employers from early case assessment through resolution.

Andrea also defends employers in wage and hour class actions and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), including claims involving meal and rest break violations, off-the-clock work, and unpaid overtime. In addition, she advises clients on wage and hour compliance and other California employment law matters.

Community

Born and raised in Ventura, California, Andrea has strong roots in the community and serves clients across the state while staying connected to her hometown.

Education

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and has an LL.M. in European Business and Social Law.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling and taking long walks with her dog.
