Professional Experience
Chancellor litigates all types of employment claims in state and federal courts throughout California. Chancellor has substantial experience in litigating and resolving wage and hour claims brought as a class action or under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Prior to joining the firm, Chancellor represented employees in a wide variety of employment matters against employers of all sizes, giving him an insider's perspective on the issues and tactics employers are most likely to face. Chancellor brings this experience to bear when providing counsel to clients, and he is well-equipped to proactively identify and head off potential litigation risks.
Chancellor is admitted to the United States District Court for the Central, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California.

Chancellor graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in political science. Chancellor received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School.
