California law requires companies with 50 or more employees to provide their supervisor with at least two hours of interactive sex harassment and bullying prevention training every two years. New supervisors must be trained within six months of starting a supervisory position.
The employment attorneys at LightGabler conduct informative and entertaining training programs designed to help your company comply at a cost-effective price. The training program is also beneficial for supervisors at smaller companies. We also offer a condensed training program for non-supervisory staff.
To accommodate our clients when supervisors are unable to attend your company's scheduled training program, as well as to provide training for new supervisors in a timely manner, LightGabler provides regular "make-up training" sessions in our office. Attendees will receive a training acknowledgement form to sign and return to their employers for their personnel file.
Make-up training is limited to four supervisors per company every six months. For larger groups, please contact your LightGabler attorney, or call Jody Toerner, Executive Director, at 805.248.7033, to schedule an in-house session at your workplace.
Contact Kristine Chatari at 805.248.7089 to reserve your space.
