Professional Experience
Alyssa practices in all areas of employment litigation, including claims for wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, as well as claims covered under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Alyssa has experience in representing both employees and employers in a wide range of employment disputes.
Prior to joining LightGabler LLP, Alyssa practiced marketing and consumer protection law for an international fashion company and a world-renowned live entertainment company.
Community
Alyssa has embraced the full diversity of life in California. Raised in the Central Valley, she pursued her undergraduate studies in Northern California and completed law school in Southern California. In 2024, Alyssa relocated to Sacramento County, where she continues to advance her legal career, dedicated to serving both her local community and the regions she has proudly called home throughout her journey.
Education
Alyssa received her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Studio Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz and her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School.

In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys photography, painting, sewing, and vintage fashion.
