Andrea advises and represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour compliance, harassment and discrimination issues, employee discipline and termination, and workplace investigations. She also counsels employers on best practices related to employee handbooks, policies, and day-to-day workplace matters to ensure compliance with California employment law.

Community

Born and raised in Ventura, California, Andrea has strong roots in the community and is excited to continue serving clients across the state while staying connected to her hometown.

Education

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and is currently a candidate for an LL.M. in European Business and Social Law at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Personal

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling, taking long walks with her dog, and learning Italian.
