California law requires companies with 50 or more employees to provide their supervisors with at least two hours of interactive sex harassment and bullying prevention training every two years (agricultural employers must provide training every year). New supervisors must be trained within six months of starting a supervisory position.
LightGabler employment attorney Ryan M. Haws will present an informative and entertaining training program designed to help your company comply at a cost-effective price. Topics covered will include the prevention of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and bullying, as well as investigating and resolving employee complaints.
The training program is also beneficial for supervisors at smaller companies, and will allow employers to better protect the workplace from costly employment claims.
Contact Kristine Chatari at 805.248.7089 or kchatari@lightgablerlaw.com to reserve your space at this location.
NOTE: Attendance is limited to no more than four people per company per training. If you would like to schedule additional attendees or a training at your company, please contact Kristine Chatari at 805.248.7089 or kchatari@lightgablerlaw.com for additional information.
*NO-SHOW POLICY: Cancellations require notice at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice of your intent to cancel, or you fail to show up for the training, you will be charged the $50 training fee. Thank you for your understanding.
