Are you looking for a venue to train ALL of your supervisors AND your non-supervisory employees in ONE DAY?

Look no further! LightGabler is offering informative and entertaining sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention seminars for the whole team to be completed on a single day. Topics covered will include the prevention of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and abusive conduct (bullying).

As of January 1, 2019, California law now requires all companies with FIVE OR MORE EMPLOYEES to provide BOTH their supervisors AND their non-supervisory employees with interactive sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training every two years (agricultural employers still must provide training every year).

New employees must be trained within six months of hire, and new supervisors within six months of starting a supervisory position (temporary staffing agencies have shorter compliance windows). For supervisors, the training still must be at least two hours in length, and one hour for non-supervisory employees.

To help you comply with these new requirements, LightGabler is offering multiple training dates for both your supervisors and your non-supervisory employees. Attendance is limited, so reserve your seats early!

*No-show policy: Cancellations require notice at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide at least 24 hours' notice of your intent to cancel, or you fail to show up for the training, you will still be charged. Thank you for your understanding!
