Description

California law requires that companies with five or more employees provide one hour of staff training every two years on harassment, discrimination, bullying and retaliation prevention (required every year for agricultural employers). New employees must be trained within six months of hire.

The Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council is sponsoring this one-hour staff training to assist employers in complying with this requirement. Topics covered will include the prevention of harassment, discrimination, retaliation and abusive conduct (bullying).
